President
Delia Pacheco
President
Delia has accumulated over a decade of experience in the agricultural and construction sectors. Raised in a hard-working family, she assumed a supervisory role in Iowa's corn fields at a young age, emphasizing the importance of a skilled and dependable workforce.
While pursuing a double Bachelor's degree of Arts in Marketing and Hispanic Studies at the University of Houston, Delia held positions in the Oil & Gas industrial and commercial construction fields.
Throughout her career progression, Delia advanced into leadership roles within the construction industry, specializing in Human Resources. Her responsibilities encompassed personnel management, orientation, recruitment, and various facets of Human Resources. Subsequently, Delia collaborated with an immigration legal firm, gaining comprehensive insights into program intricacies from a different perspective.
Since 2019, Delia has led Terra Labor as its President. Known for her compassion and strong work ethic, she is recognized as a dedicated professional by all who have had the pleasure of working with her.

Carlos Santana
VP of Business Development
Carlos Santana serves as the Vice President of Business Development at our company. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Known for his strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills, he is instrumental in driving growth and forging key partnerships for our organization.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Houston and is passionate about fostering innovation and creating value for our clients. His dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering results make him an invaluable asset to our team.
He is bilingual: English and Spanish. Outside of work, Carlos cherishes moments with his wife and two children, Rebecca (3) and Riccardo (1). He also dedicates time to F3, a leadership development organization focused on fostering male community leadership. In his leisure time, Carlos enjoys snowboarding and golfing whenever possible.

Order, efficiency, and accountability is what represents Rosa. As a growing business, we could not be in better hands. Mrs. Moquete possesses a bachelor's degree in Management Marketing from the University of Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republic. As an integral member of our management team, she is a proficient professional with plenty of knowledge in management, marketing, human resources and other business fields. As a former quality coordinator in the civil aviation industry, we are proud to have her in our Terra Labor team. Besides her experience and education, Rosa is an outstanding human being and a loving and caring individual with a huge heart. We can say that she is everybody's friend. Her love for life and her work ethics is what makes her a perfect fit for our operation. She is bilingual: Spanish and English.

Introducing Fabiana Pacheco, our Director at the Case Management Center. With over 10 years of experience in immigration services, Fabiana brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal Fluminense University and pursued post-graduate studies in International Law and Legal Studies at Universidad de Candido Mendes.
Driven by determination and a love for challenges, Fabiana embarked on her journey in immigration services after relocating from Brazil to the United States over six years ago. Since then, she has dedicated herself to assisting individuals in achieving their American dream through legal and respectful means.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Fabiana finds joy in outdoor activities such as running and cycling, cherishing moments with her family and friends, attending concerts and exploring new destinations through travel.

Nancy serves as our Director of Operations at Blukers, based in Monterrey. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs, coupled with extensive experience in process management and leadership. Nancy is a key asset to our team. Her exceptional logistical and strategic abilities make her an outstanding leader, consistently driving our team toward greater efficiency and success.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nancy is fully bilingual, which enhances her ability to lead in diverse environments. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new cities. Her love for travel and learning continuously fuels her personal and professional growth.
