President
Delia has accumulated over a decade of experience in the agricultural and construction sectors. Raised in a hard-working family, she assumed a supervisory role in Iowa's corn fields at a young age, emphasizing the importance of a skilled and dependable workforce.
While pursuing a double Bachelor's degree of Arts in Marketing and Hispanic Studies at the University of Houston, Delia held positions in the Oil & Gas industrial and commercial construction fields.
Throughout her career progression, Delia advanced into leadership roles within the construction industry, specializing in the H2-B program. Her responsibilities encompassed personnel management, orientation, recruitment, and various facets of Human Resources. Subsequently, Delia collaborated with an immigration legal firm, gaining comprehensive insights into program intricacies from a different perspective.
Since 2019, Delia has led Terra Labor as its President. Known for her compassion and strong work ethic, she is recognized as a dedicated professional by all who have had the pleasure of working with her.
